Requirements of Eligibility:

The candidates in order to get selected in the post of Assistant Regional Manager (Operations) must have a post graduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or Business Management from any recognized university of a minimum two years duration and knowledge of Hindi & Devanagri Script.  

The minimum eligibility required for getting selected in the post of Assistant Regional Manager (Technical) requires a full time degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from any recognized university of India and good knowledge of Hindi & Devanagri Script.

Age Qualification:

The candidates participating in the recruitment concerned should have their ages not less than 21 years and more than 40 years brought into effect from 1st January 2014. There shall be relaxations provided to candidates deserving according to government rules framed for this purpose. For instance, maximum ages should be relaxed by 5 years for OBC/ SC/ST categories.

Method of Selection:

The selections in the post of Assistant Regional Manager shall be done based on the written exam/ interview held for this purpose as and when specified.
